…well, he’s actually a rooster. Perry made his debut on the MaidPro conference call yesterday. This owner in McMurray, PA was working from home and decided to join the conference call from the porch while watching the chickens peck around for bugs. Everyone got a chuckle when Perry walked by and gave a surprise cock-a-doodle-doo to the group via the speakerphone. After some brief laughter and resumed conversation, Perry refused to be ignored by the “How to Wow the Customer” group members and announced his presence again! Finally, I had to fess up and admit that the “noisy” MaidPro representative on the line was our rooster. Apprently, he had some ideas of his own that he felt needed to be heard!
