The franchise that hugs

MaidPro sponsored its Franchise Owner Convention in early March, and when I looked at the pictures of the vendor fair, the awards dinner and the casual group shots, I noticed something interesting: most of the pictures are of people’s backs. Why? Everyone is hugging.

It’s not like our franchise owners are a homogeneous group. We’re a national company with owners of all ages and backgrounds. They see one another once every year or 18 months. But it seems like the regular conference calls, mentoring programs and office visits have kept MaidPro owners in touch, both literally and figuratively.

How about “MaidPro: The Housecleaning Company That Hugs” as a tagline? It’s a comforting thought for a crazy world.
