Of course, like any human being, spots are occasionally missed, but the overall clean is excellent and they are a responsible service. Overpriced? Well sure, you can find very cheap cleaners on craigslist. But they aren't bonded, no background check and essentially there is no company standing behind their work. Not worth the risk to me at least, especially since a cleaner comes to your house repeatedly. I'd rate a solid A."
