MaidPro offers our Classic Cleanings checklist for weekly, bi-weekly and monthly clients. Our referrals try their best to cover all these areas, however, some homes require more attention in some areas and less in others. If this is the case with your home, please communicate your priorities so they may focus their time correctly. First time cleanings may require more time to clean. Please speak with your service provider or estimating representative to authorize additional time.

Bedroom:
Beds made and linens changed if left out (notify office when more than one linen change is
needed)
All areas dusted-on top, on the front and underneath (all items removed and replaced)
Mirrors washed, cleaned and dried
Window sills wiped
Fingerprints washed from all woodwork, doorframes and switchplates
Vacuum under the bed if accessible
Trash emptied
Baseboards wiped down
Lamp shades wiped down or dusted
Carpets vacuumed
Overall appearance of the room left neat and tidy

Bathrooms:
Tub thoroughly cleaned, rinsed, and left shining
Tiles and chrome cleaned and left shining
Sinks scrubbed and left shining
Toilets scrubbed inside and out including base and behind
Vanity top cleaned (all items removed and replaced)
Mirrors cleaned
Sills wiped down
Trash emptied
Baseboards wiped down
Vacuum and/or wash floor

Hallways:
Baseboards wiped down
Fingerprints washed from all woodwork, doorframes and switchplates
Picture frames dusted
Vacuum and/or wash floor

Kitchen :
Countertops and backsplash cleaned (all items removed and replaced)
Cabinet fronts washed
Trash emptied
Sinks scrubbed (including behind sink) and left shining
Outside of oven and refrigerator cleaned (inside cleaned upon request)
Sills wiped down
Fingerprints washed from all woodwork, doorframes and switch plates
Baseboards wiped down
Floor washed
Dishes washed (please call us to request this prior to your cleaning)

All other living areas:
All furniture dusted (all items removed and replaced)
Picture frames dusted
Sills wiped down
Cobwebs removed
Couch and cushions straightened (vacuumed if requested prior to cleaning)
Newspapers, magazines and books straightened
Hardwood or tile floors damp mopped
Lamp shades wiped down or dusted
Glass tables cleaned
Fingerprints washed from all woodwork, doorframes and switch plates
Baseboards wiped down
Carpets vacuumed
Overall appearance of the room left neat and tidy
