• Our service providers will do a standard cleaning of your home. If you have special requests or would like to make a
personalized priority list, please leave it out for your service provider. We can even add your personalized priority list to
your customer record so it prints out for your service provider every time they clean your home.
• Every cleaning is completed with our signature comment card. Each card is pre-addressed and postage-paid for your
convenience. Just fill it out and drop it in the mail or fill out our online comment card by clicking Contact Us and choosing Service Feedback.

• We are so confident in our service providers, we guarantee it. If you are not satisfied with a certain area of your home,
simply call us within 24 hours and we will ask the service provider to reclean the area for free.
• MaidPro goes above and beyond to make sure all of our service providers are first rate. We complete a background and
criminal history check on each referral before we refer them.

• We're always available! Our office is open 9-5 Monday - Friday but thanks to our Web site and advanced phone systems,
you can contact us anytime! If you contact us after business hours, simply communicate your requests and schedule changes and
we will follow up to confirm we got the message.
• You will never be under a contract that commits you to a certain number of cleanings. Just give us a 2 business day notice
to cancel or change your service.
• In most cases, we bring our own cleaning supplies! The service providers are happy to use your supplies or a special
product that you request, however, we will not be responsible for any liability that results.
• We offer convenient credit card payment so you never have to remember to leave a check or cash.
