As a professional cleaning company, MaidPro is in a unique position to help battle the spread of Covid-19. Many MaidPro locations across the US and Canada have been deemed an essential service and remain open.
An often overlooked aspect of our service is that we provide cleaning support for other essential businesses like grocery stores and non-urgent medical offices to help keep their customers safe. We also regularly help clients who can’t clean due to a disability and are often the “check-in” person for elderly where the family isn’t local.
The health and safety of our employees and clients is our top priority. In addition to providing our locations with robust COVID-19 specific training on proper PPE and disinfecting procedures, we are also doing the following to ensure everyone’s safety during this time:
We are using strict protocols for disposable gloves, washable shoe covers, and proper hand hygiene. We use hospital grade disinfectant that kills 99.999% of germs on all the high-touch points of a home or office (counters, appliances, etc.). We are requiring strict Social Distancing between our PROs and clients, as well as within our dispatch office.
Each of our independently owned franchises are closely following the guidelines mandated by county and state authorities for essential or non-essential status and are keeping informed of all health related protocols as instructed.
