  • What makes MaidPro different than other cleaning companies?

    MaidPro is unique in that we are as personal as an independent cleaner, yet offer the professionalism and protections of a larger organization. Like an independent cleaner, our PROs work alone or in small teams of 2.  We get to know you and your home. But unlike the independent cleaner, MaidPro is the employer and handles all the training, payroll withholding taxes and workers compensation.  MaidPro is the best of both worlds, personal yet professional.

  • How many people will clean my home?

    In most cases, our cleaning PROs work solo or in small teams of two.  There is just no better way to provide you with a more personalized, non-intrusive service.  Think about it.  Our PROs clean 2, maybe 3 homes a day.  They get to know you and your home.  If we sent in larger teams, they would have to clean upwards of 5, 6, 7 or even 8 homes a day.  That's 40 homes a week...and that's crazy.  Sure, our cleanings may take a little longer but we feel strongly in the benefits of a more personal service.

  • Are my cleaning PROs trained and supervised?

    In one word — absolutely! Every cleaning PRO attends MaidPro University before they ever step foot into your home. MaidPro University trains our PROs on how to deliver a thorough and spotless MaidPro clean. After graduating from the program, each new trainee works with a seasoned trainer until they have mastered the MaidPro clean. Only after a formal review with their trainer and management will we bestow them with the title of PRO.

  • Will I always have the same cleaning PRO?

    We always try to send the same cleaning PRO to your home for each visit. Sometimes that’s not always possible due to illness, vacations or days off. But don’t worry! If your regular PRO is out, we will send another amazing PRO who has gone through extensive training.  You can rest assured your home will be consistently cleaned, each and every time.

  • Are you bonded and insured?

    Of course we are!  But unlike independent cleaners or agencies, MaidPro's insurance includes the most important insurance...workers compensation.  

  • What if something in my home gets broken?

    We know that cleaning your home requires our PROs to dust, polish or scrub virtually everything in order to get the clean we’re known for. We also know that sometimes accidents happen. So if any damage or loss does occur, just notify your MaidPro office within 48 hours of the cleaning date, and we’ll do our best to make it right.   • How do you access my home?

    MaidPro needs to get into your home somehow in order to banish those dust bunnies. You can choose one of these three options to allow us into your home: 1. Most MaidPro customers provide us with a house key that we keep at our office. Your key will be kept safe and secure in our key safe and coded for security. Keys can be left at our office anytime during normal business hours. 2. If it’s not possible to leave a key with us, you can always meet your cleaning PRO at your home. If you’d like to wait for your cleaning PRO, please remember that you will be given an arrival window of about 4 hours — such as 9am to 1pm, or 11am to 3pm. Because many factors can affect arrival time, and we never want to rush out of a home, smaller arrival window can’t be provided. But hey, just give us your key and you don't have to worry about it.  3. If neither of the above is possible, just give your local MaidPro office a call and they’ll work with you to make alternate arrangements.

  • If I give you my keys, how are they protected?

    We understand that you don’t want your house keys in the wrong hands, which is why we’ve set up a secure system to ensure your keys never lose their way.  Keys are coded as soon as they enter the office and they are stored in a locked box that only MaidPro management can access. When your cleaning day is scheduled, your coded key is matched with your cleaning PRO. Upon returning to the office, your cleaning PRO returns all keys to management, who then places them back into the secured storage box.  Join the 80% of our clients who entrust their keys with us.  It's makes for a smooth cleaning experience and you'll never have to wait for us to arrive.

  • How do I pay for my cleaning?

    MaidPro gladly accepts the following forms of payment: * MasterCard * Visa * Cash * Personal check. Payment is due at the time of service and  we require a credit card on file prior to your cleaning.

  • What is the cost of my cleaning?

    The cost of cleaning is based on a number of factors.  The primary factors are the size and condition of your home and frequency of service. At MaidPro, we listen to what you want done in your home and will construct a personalized quote that will fit your budget.

  • Should I tip my cleaning PRO?

    We always encourage you to show your appreciation to your cleaning PRO if you’re happy with the work done in your home. It’s never a requirement, but a gratuity is a powerful way to say thanks. Even a personal note from you, simply saying “thanks for making my home sparkle” means a great deal.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    If you ever need to cancel or skip a cleaning day, just give your local MaidPro office a two business day notice. This will give us time to reassign your cleaning PRO.  They love to clean, you know. If MaidPro receives less than two business days’ notice, or can’t access your home, it may be necessary for us to charge up to the full price of your cleaning.

  • What if my scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday?

    If your cleaning falls on a holiday MaidPro observes, we will contact you prior to your cleaning and reschedule your cleaning for day that suits you.

  • How do I give feedback on my cleaning?

    Because cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we highly encourage our customers to give us feedback so we continually customize your service. The feedback we receive helps us to serve you better, correct any problems and give praise to the cleaning PROs who meet and exceed expectations. You can submit feedback at [](/feedback).
