Assessment and Consultation: Proper inspection and assessment of what and where we are cleaning

Preparation & Pre-Treatment: Pre-treat entire area and isolate stains. Agitate carpet to loosen compacted soil.

Carpet Treatment: Cleaning agents applied. Dirt and remnant cleaning agents extracted from carpet utilizing professional grade equipment.

Post-Stain Treatment: Address and remove any stains not removed from the prior process (some stains may not be removed). Dyeing bleach spots may be part of this step.
