Meet the Owners — Lily & Neil Carson
Behind every Award-Winning MaidPro clean is a team that cares, led by Lily and Neil Carson, proud local owners dedicated to excellence and service. Lily earned her Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University after completing her Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering abroad. She worked for two Fortune 200 companies before founding MaidPro Hampton Roads in 2007 while expecting her first child — making her business and her daughter "twins" that have grown together ever since. Neil, a William & Mary MBA graduate with a background in industrial engineering and IT, joined Lily after a long career supporting the U.S. military. Together, they've built one of the region's most respected and Award-Winning maid services, known for reliability, compassion, and professionalism. They proudly pay it forward through their "Gift of Clean" program, providing free professional cleanings to local cancer patients. They also care deeply for their employees, offering full benefits, paid time off, retirement plans, and profit sharing, creating a true MaidPro family that's happy, motivated, and ready to serve.
