Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No! As long as we have a way to access your apartment and lock up after we're done, we'll take care of everything and notify you when your clean is complete.

How long a cleaning takes depends on the size and condition of your apartment, and whether or not you have any special requests. On average, a standard one-bedroom apartment takes 1.5 to 2.5 hours to clean thoroughly.

Our pricing depends on the size of your space, how frequently you want us to visit and if you want any additional services, such as oven cleaning or cleaning inside the refrigerator. You can book either! We offer flexible scheduling options including one-time, weekly, biweekly and monthly cleanings. We also offer detailed move-in/move-out cleaning services.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
We understand things happen and you may not be able to keep your scheduled services — That's OK! Just let us know a minimum of 2 business days in advance of your scheduled apartment cleaning and we'll do our best to shift your schedule. Absolutely. Our move-in/move-out cleaning service is more detailed and includes inside cabinets, drawers, appliances, and more to ensure the space is ready for its next occupant.

Yes — we love all kinds of pets! Discuss your pet(s) with our office prior to your first cleaning so our PROs know what to expect.
