Meet The MaidPro Reno Team
Greg McCartney, Owner
Greg brought Maidpro to Reno in 2017 after leaving coorporate America.
He saw the value of a service-based business that allows others to live a
more balanced life (the same reason why he quit corporate America!) He
identified a need for a reliable, consistent, and trustworthy cleaning company
that could help clients "buy their time back", which is the true
value of a cleaning service! Greg's wife Callie is a school teacher in
Reno, and they have three young daughters. You'll find them outside most
weekends - running, biking, climbing and going to parks in South Reno.
Stevie Ferro, Office Manager
Stevie has been an integral part of MaidPro Reno since 2019. Working with all things employee related, she ensures that we send happy, motivated and well-trained employess to all our customers' homes. Stevie is dedicated to fostering a strong culture of respect and positivity within our Nevada team, which is reflected in the exceptional service we provide.
Outside of work, Stevie is a devoted mother to two wonderful children. She is also known for her inspiring acts of generosity towards friends and colleagues, always going above and beyond to support those around her. Her commitment to both her family and our MaidPro community makes her a truly invaluable member of our team.
Megan Hooper, Sales Manager
Megan is a bright light of positivity and often the first impression a new customer has of MaidPro Reno! She handles all aspects of sales and scheduling with expertise and enthusiasm. Megan joined MaidPro as a PRO in 2021 and was quickly promoted to Sales Manager due to her outstanding performance and dedication.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband and cat, and she has a passion for collecting frogs, spiders, fish and other fascinating creatures. Her unique hobbies and warm personality make her a delightful and valued member of our team.
Celina Gonzalez, Head Trainer
Since we couldn't figure out how to clone Celina, we made her our Head Trainer instead. In addition to serving her own clients, Celina dedicates her workdays to training and developing all our PROs, including new hires and fellow trainers. Since joining us in 2018, she has exemplified loyalty, a heart of gold and a strong work ethic.
In her spare time, Celina enjoys being with her husband, adult children and their new pup, Charlie!
