Just wanted to drop a note to tell you how thrilled I am with Cynthia's attention to detail! She, too is a 'cat person' and knows to look for things someone who does not have cats might overlook. i.e. edges of door frames at 'cat height' where they rub and over time dirt build up. Cat hair in places a non-cat person might not think of. Special attention to not sucking up cat toys into the vacuum. Aside from those quirky things, she was fastidious in her cleaning, didn't settle for the mat
