Ayodele Suberu is a consummate operations management professional with over 22 years of experience working both in the corporate and non-corporate organizations. Ayodele had his internship with the Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) in 1999 and worked both as an operations and market facing staff in the banking industry, resigning as a relationship manager in Access Bank plc, Nigeria in 2010 to venture into private business. He co-founded (alongside Patience Adeniyi-Suberu) several companies that engage in Trading, Oil & Gas, Finance, Management Consultancy, Construction, Landscaping, and Interior design/decoration, which were mostly successfully run for the past decade. Ayodele holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, an M.Sc. in Disaster Risk Management, and a Ph.D in Geography & Environmental Management. In his spare time, Ayodele likes watching soccer, reading, and volunteering, especially in his immediate community. He also loves spending time with his family, his spouse, Patience, and four kids. Patience Adeniyi-Suberu, Ayodele's wife, has her strength in creativity, management, and administration; she ran an interior design/decoration business for over a decade before relocating to the USA. Her experience, especially as an administrative manager of a real estate company, creative mindset to easily translate ideas into reality, come in handy to make the cleaning business easier to accomplish.
