Since 2017, Jonathan Shelson and his MaidPro team have completed more than 13,500 home cleanings in Thornhill and the surrounding York Region. We provide 5-star home cleaning services (with more than 100 5-star reviews) and know how much our customers appreciate the hard work of our dedicated and long-term staff. Jonathan Shelson, Owner

As the owner of MaidPro Thornhill, Jonathan has prided himself on embodying and leading with two simple principles - if we take care of our team, they'll take care of our clients and always treat others as you wish to be treated. He is excited to continue taking care of team members and clients in the MaidPro Thornhill community, a community he has lived in his whole life and continues to raise his family in.

Debbie, Sales and Service Manager

For more than six years Debbie has been the friendly face of MaidPro Thornhill, greeting most customers face-to-face and also via phone. For many MaidPro clients, she's become a friend, confidant or family member; their own personal cleaning concierge! Outside of providing customer service excellence and the best home-cleaning services in Ontario, Debbie stays busy with her grandkids and furry family members.

Brittney, Operations Manager

As a busy mom of three young kids, Brittney understands better than anyone how helpful it can be to have an extra set of hands. She's been a part of the MaidPro team for five years, focusing her talents as the Operations Manager. Brittney bridges the community to the MaidPro team, making sure our team has the tools, supplies, and training to deliver the best clean possible.

Q Who will be cleaning my Ontario home?

MaidPro is very careful to select, vet and train every one of our PROs. You're getting only the best housekeeping professionals around, employed, bonded and insured by MaidPro Thornhill.

Q What should I do before MaidPro arrives?

No need to run the vacuum before we arrive - that's what you hire us for! However, for the most efficient and effective clean, we ask that you please pick up any toys, clothing, or trash before we arrive. Also, make sure your pets are somewhere comfortable so we don't disrupt their peace. For more information on what we need from you to help make our clean a success, visit our Before & After Your Clean page.

Q What if I need to reschedule a clean?

We understand things happen and you may not be able to keep your scheduled cleaning services - That's OK! Just please let us know a minimum of 2 business days in advance of your appointment and we'll do our best to shift your schedule. When rescheduling or canceling your home-cleaning services, please contact your local MaidPro.

Q Is MaidPro Pet Friendly?

Not only are we animal lovers but we use only animal (and kid) safe products. That means that you don't need to worry if your fluffy friend licks the floor after we're done mopping it.
